Software Product Manager - Remote

As the Product Manager for our internal platform at Total Life, you will be the "glue" between our operational needs and our technical execution. you are building the engine that allows our entire team to scale. You will work side-by-side with the Head of Engineering to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital tools, ensuring every feature released is functional, high-quality, and impactful.
Lead the development of the "Total Life Internal OS," ensuring non-technical staff have the digital tools they need to provide world-class care.
You will visualize logic and user flows to gain stakeholder buy-in before moving into the development phase.
Own the journey of a feature from the initial stakeholder "wish list" through to technical documentation, development, and final production.
You will be responsible for distinguishing between "urgent bugs" and "strategic enhancements," ensuring the team is always working on the highest-impact tasks.
Lead rigorous Manual QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will be responsible for catching edge cases and writing comprehensive bug reports (including logs and reproduction steps) to ensure a stable environment for our clinical team.
Partner daily with the Head of Engineering to ensure the development roadmap is technically sound and perfectly aligned with clinical and operational priorities.
Act as the bridge between "business needs" and "technical reality." You will participate in deep-dive discussions regarding API logic, data schemas, and system architecture to ensure scalable product builds.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with Design and Engineering in a fast-paced, iterative environment to deliver exceptional solutions to customer problems.

• In-depth customer development, user research, and interviewing skills.
• Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and leading without formal authority.
• Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
• Experience using AI to streamline and automate work tasks.
• Bonus: Familiarity with American Health Care system

Salary: $80,000 CAD-$100,000 CAD per year
