Litigation Assistant/Law Clerk

As part of the continued growth of its restructuring and insolvency litigation team, the firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Law Clerk motivated by both complex file work and future leadership potential—including a defined path toward a Team Lead role.
In this role, you will support a team of 4–6 lawyers dedicated to a major institutional client with a heavy restructuring and insolvency litigation focus. Managing litigation steps within complex restructuring and insolvency matters
Preparing and organizing court materials, pleadings, affidavits of documents, and productions
Helping to mentor junior team members and improving internal processes, with the long-term aim of moving into a team lead capacity
This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week.

5+ years of experience specifically in restructuring and insolvency litigation

• Proven ability to manage sophisticated, fast-paced litigation files independently
• Discretionary bonus eligibility
