Job Responsibility:
Soluno or PC Law Bookkeeper
If you are a self starter and interested in a variety of work including Soluno or PC Law Legal bookkeeping and legal administrative work this could be the role for you. You will manage accounts payable, and accounts receivable, daily posting, cheque preparation, billing and online banking. The ideal candidate is located in Toronto, Ontario and is looking for a full-time position working in the office at Yonge and Lawrence.
Major responsibilities will include:
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Handle monthly and quarterly payments.
- Handle billing and payments
- Legal Administrative tasks
Requirements for this role are:
- 3+ years of experience performing similar duties.
- Experience with Soluno or PC Law and Legal Bookkeeping is a must
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
