Server - Shift

Dawson City is one of the Yukon’s most distinctive places to live and work, with a strong sense of community and a completely different rhythm through the winter months.

As a Food & Beverage Server at the Eldorado Hotel, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for locals, hotel guests, and visitors throughout the winter. This role is about attentive service, getting to know regulars, working well with the kitchen and bar team, and helping keep service smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Food and beverage orders are taken accurately and delivered with good timing and care.

Hospitality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.

Restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is an asset.

Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, reaching, and carrying throughout the shift.

Serving it Right certification (or willingness to obtain).
