Data Analyst - Working From Home

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to help support business decisions and improve operational performance. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or patterns.
Verify the accuracy and integrity of data before reporting.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance.
Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Perform additional analytical and administrative duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is a plus).
Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
