Supply chain specialist - inventory (h/f)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to provide operational support across multiple supply chain functions within a fast-paced aviation environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain or logistics career who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering results under tight timelines.
The successful candidate will be cross-trained across several functional areas, allowing flexibility to support daily workload priorities while contributing directly to improved operational performance, reduced backlogs, and enhanced service levels.
Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
Opportunity to work with technical and engineering teams, gaining insight into aircraft maintenance operations
Structured work schedule with full-time hours (40 hours per week)
Professional office-based environment with collaboration across multiple departments
Potential to build a strong industry network within aviation and technical operations
Support shipping/receiving operations and backlog clearance. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Update min/max levels and reorder points in planning systems. Assist with inventory planning data preparation and UAT activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, MCC, Heavy Maintenance) to prioritize material flow.
- Source and expedite critical parts for grounded aircraft. Coordinate urgent shipments and courier arrangements. 1–3 years of experience in aviation supply chain, logistics, or related field.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRO systems (eMRO, Aeroxchange) is an asset.
