We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives. You will drive customer acquisition by coaching your team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products!

Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
Manage Operations: Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.
Drive Performance: Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management.
Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role.
Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team (ideally in sales).
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match event schedules.
