We’re looking for energetic, confident, and outgoing individuals to join our growing field sales team as Customer Field Representatives.

In this role, you’ll work inside retail stores, speaking with customers and educating them about the benefits of a leading credit card program. Your goal is to help customers understand the advantages and assist interested applicants with the in-store application process.

What You’ll Do

• Approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Explain the features and benefits of the credit card program.

• Assist customers with completing applications.

• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Travel to a different retail store each day.

Compensation

• Men: Suit and tie, dress shoes required.

• Women: Business professional attire of equivalent standard with dress shoes.

• No sneakers, jeans, or casual clothing.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.

• Reliable transportation is an asset due to daily store changes.

• Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

We run campaigns across locations in Montreal, Trois-Rivières and Halifax, with new markets opening as we grow.

Our model is simple: we hire people at entry level, train them in the field, and promote from within. Every manager on our team started at a kiosk. We look for three things in the people we bring on, a student mentality, a positive attitude, and humility.

Compensation is 100% commission based. Top performers earn accordingly.
