A wholesale distributor we are partnered with is looking to hire a Junior Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Support Analyst with 1+ year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will support daily P21 operations, assist business users, and help maintain system data across sales, inventory, and purchasing modules.
Provide day-to-day support for Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
Assist users with order entry, inventory, purchasing, and pricing issues
Maintain item, customer, and vendor master data
Support testing during upgrades or enhancements
Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel is a plus
