Project Coordinator, Compliance Management

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure all projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

A successful Project Manager should have:
Proven experience managing construction projects.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A relevant degree or certification in project management or construction management.
Proactively sourcing for future pipeline
Competitive salary ranging from $108000 to $132000 CAD.
