We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading the implementation of new mobile upgrades to our customer banking app. Lead the planning and execution of mobile upgrade projects for the customer banking app, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, and user experience, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor project milestones and performance metrics, ensuring successful project delivery.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact and ensure continuity of operations.
Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates and post-implementation reviews, to gather feedback and improve future project processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in project management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing mobile application projects from inception to completion.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
