Production Management & Performance
Plan and organize daily production team
assembly, and packaging lines.
Guarantee adherence to technical sheets,
recipes, portion control, and product presentation.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Strictly enforce food safety and
hygiene standards (HACCP) as well as internal company procedures.
cooking, cooling, storage) and maintain full traceability of raw materials and
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Participate in internal quality
production staff (cooks, kitchen helpers, assembly line workers).
Manage rosters, task assignments,
performance and identify training needs.
Oversee optimal raw material
warehouse teams to ensure a continuous supply chain for production lines.
