Job Responsibility:

Seeking an experienced BCBA to supervise home/community/school ABA programs.
Location(s): Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Etobicoke
Duties:
Serve individuals receiving Intensive Behavioral Intervention or ABA-based services
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Conduct VB MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS assessments
Develop programs targeting skill acquisition and behavior reduction based on assessments and individual need
Collect and graph data for target behaviours; monitor progress and make revisions to programs as appropriate
Develop and write transition plans to aid clients in transitioning from ABA to school
Supervise instructor therapists
Work collaboratively with clients' parents, teachers, clinical supervisor, and other professionals such as Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to benefit the client
Provide behaviour consultation services in client's homes and schools/daycares
Conduct mediator training
Write reports for clients' parents and teachers
Conduct administrative tasks such as scheduling staff and clients, and performance management tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a BCBA in a supervisory role; on OAP Clinical Supervisor List
- in good standing with the BACB
- access to a license and vehicle
