Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional looking to elevate your career within the tech sector? We are currently building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Purchasing Coordinator position with one of Canada’s leading technology organizations.

This role is essential for executing procurement activities for indirect goods and services, with a specialized focus on marketing materials and branded merchandise. Working under the mentorship of a Senior Specialist, you will support strategic sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-control initiatives.

Conduct supplier research and coordinate documentation for RFS/RFQ/RFP processes.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with vendors and monitor performance metrics to ensure quality and delivery standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all purchasing activities align with corporate governance and provincial policies.
• Collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in a purchasing or procurement environment.

• Solid understanding of the RFP/RFQ lifecycle and procurement documentation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems or procurement software is considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
