Business Development Strategist (Part-Time)

The result: faster decisions, better collaboration across teams, optimized customer experiences, and revenue growth.
At Noibu, we help online retailers catch and fix the errors that cost them sales — millions of dollars' worth every month. We're growing our sales team and looking for a Business Development Representative to help us reach more of the market. This is a great launchpad role: you'll get a front-row seat to the full sales cycle, work alongside experienced account executives, get exposure to well-known customers, and receive hands-on mentorship and training from day one. No prior sales experience required — we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Generate top-of-funnel leads for our account executives and sales managers
Learn our product inside and out, and help answer prospect questions
Run discovery and qualification calls/chats with prospects
Keep sales activities, opportunities, and account info organized in Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport
Any internship, part-time, or customer-facing experience
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
