We're searching for a Supply Finance Controller / Supply Finance Business Partner for a fixed‑term role who is ready to become an integral part of Reckitt's dedicated finance team. In this position, your expertise will play a vital role in partnering with Supply and functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensure P&L accountability, and oversee logistics, warehousing, and inventory processes.Lead Supply Finance planning, forecasting, and business partnering for Canada.

Drive margin performance through analytics, portfolio mix reviews, and operational actions.

Partner with Supply leadership on strategic priorities and cost productivity projects.

Professional Finance certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, MBA).Commercial Finance or FP&A experience in CPG industry.

Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Business accumen, Investment analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Productivity management, Project Management, Financial Systems, Improve business processes, Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, Financial analysis and reporting, Stakeholder engagement and influence, Strategic thinking, Relationship management.
