The company operates 5 full-service dealerships in Iowa and Nebraska offering new and used trucks parts service and a Body Shop for repairs. This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in ONeill NE. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations managing staff ensuring customer satisfaction maintaining store standards and implementing retail loss prevention measures.
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
Leadership and Team Management skills
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
This is a remote position.
