We're a Montreal & San Francisco based applied AI startup that's building the future of work in the banking industry. Our founding team is looking for a sharp recruiter who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments. You excel at building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, while maintaining a data-driven approach to sourcing top talent. Own the data-driven hiring processes, interview loops, scorecards, and ATS usage.
Act as the company's first ambassador, crafting compelling narratives to sell the mission, team, and equity upside.
Work closely with founders and leadership to define roles, set hiring philosophy, and align talent acquisition with business goals.
5-10+ years in full-cycle recruiting for high-growth tech companies
