We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Marketing Manager develops, plans and executes on marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, creating content, analyzing campaign performance and optimizing marketing budgets. Additionally, the Marketing Manager helps build and maintain the organization’s brand reputation and credibility internally and externally. This role is an individual contributor who works with a small team of external contractors to drive growth in wealth management services.

Develops and maintains a comprehensive annual marketing strategy that is aligned with business

goals and market positioning for Estate Advisory Board, The Wealth Council & Network Wealth.

· Conducts market research, analyzes for trends, competitor activity and client insights to inform

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns from start to finish across

various digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, webinars, content marketing) and traditional

Analyzes data from campaigns and provides insights for future improvements.

• Collaborates with the Technology and Innovation department to draw insights from analytics
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, website content, and social media.
• Ensure marketing assets are consistent from a branding perspective, both externally and internally

(e.g. templates, language, style standards)

• Liaison with external Marketing partner within Network Wealth clients (B2B)
• Manages marketing budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and a high ROI.
• Collaborates with internal team members to ensure a cohesive strategy implementation and process

Manage and collaborate with external contractors, agencies and vendors.

Strong writing skills

• Proficiency with relevant marketing tools (SalesForce, Canva, Wix, etc)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Strong proficiency in MS Office

(Applies data analysis and systematic reasoning to positively impact campaign results and

provides timelines, budgets and risk assessments for each marketing campaign

• Ability to translate technical financial terminology to plain language

Leads, manages and takes ownership of the marketing function

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in developing marketing campaigns and strategies with a

Prior work experience (5 years plus) in a high growth SME entrepreneurial environment

· Prior work experience in the Financial industry and supporting financial advisors or relationship based

sales teams is an asset

· Knowledge of client lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
