Position Overview:
Thane Direct is currently seeking a detailed oriented Performance Digital Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years professional experience in managing paid campaigns and funnel DTC ecommerce. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this will be a dynamic role responsible for and assisting with a variety of duties including paid advertising, email campaigns, analytics reporting and maintenance of websites along with other web/digital duties as assigned.
As a member of the Digital team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will liaise with Thane's international subsidiaries and coordinate with other team members for the planning and execution of digital paid campaigns, content updates, offer changes, etc.
Responsibilities:
Directly manage and execute media buying on Facebook, Amazon, Google and other paid channels, setting a high standard for performance and strategy.
Develop a media strategy aligned with Thane's revenue and profit goals.
Manage the advertising budget, optimizing allocation for financial success.
Drive revenue and profit through effective paid advertising strategies.
Channel Management & Optimization
Assess and prioritize advertising channels based on ROI and audience engagement.
Continuously analyze channel performance, reallocating investments for optimal results.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Amazon and FB Ads platforms, tracking and analyzing performance and co-ordinating campaigns to support product lifecycle goals
Utilize analytics tools for detailed performance tracking.
Stay abreast of marketing trends in Europe / UK, leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
Knowledge of marketing in privacy first landscape - GDPR, CASL & CCPA
Collaborate with Creative and CRO teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in managing eCommerce websites / digital marketing.
• Bachelor degree / college diploma in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Journalism or Digital field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and achieve financial targets.
• Strong verbal, written, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Hands on keyboard experience utilizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Yahoo DSP, DV360, and/or Amazon DSP
• Experience with video editor to design performance driven video ads is an asset.
• Quick learner and adapt to a professional and high-performance work environment.
• Be data driven, analyze data quantitatively & qualitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions and identifying opportunities.
• Experience in best practices of testing, optimization and drivers of online conversion of landing page in relation to paid media.
