Electrical, HVAC/R, or Plumbing Estimator
Our client, a leading multi-trade partner delivering HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Automation services across Western Canada, is expanding their team of Estimators as they head into a major growth phase. This is your opportunity to work on bigger, more complex, and rewarding projects while contributing to long-term client relationships.
Review construction documents and collaborate with project managers, sales, and field teams to define project scopes
Complete accurate material and labor takeoffs using Bluebeam and internal tools
Participate in daily training sessions to sharpen technical, communication, and negotiation skills
Journeyperson Certificate in Electrical, HVAC/R, Plumbing, or Sheet Metal
Minimum 3 years' experience estimating commercial service, maintenance, or retrofit projects
Strong ability to read drawings and perform takeoffs (Bluebeam or Excel proficiency)
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Experience with BMS integration is an asset
Valid driver's license and willingness to visit job sites
