Administrative Assistant - Group Homes
Full-time
MARCIE PRIVATE CARE HOME CORP.
Duties:
- Handling and assisting with document distribution and other admin projects and responsibilities;
- Returning phone calls and emails;
- Performing basic data entry as required;
- Greeting visitors;
- Making adjustments to staff schedules and updating the master calendar;
- Co-ordinating staff meetings;
- Writing down minutes and meeting summaries;
- Picking up supplies and office equipment;
- Sending invoice and collecting receipts;
- Purchasing groceries for the in house clients, etc.
Requirement:
Education: College diploma required
Experience: At least one year relevant working experience
