This position will require 3 days a week in our London office subject to change with future business needs.
Maintain, grow, and retain strong relationships while up-selling new products and services in a phone-based environment

• Provide top notch customer service and establish rapport with key decision makers
• Achieve monthly metric goals by driving growth with existing CARFAX dealers
• Increase customer awareness, engagement, and retention by sharing the value proposition of CARFAX products
• Collaborate with peers in the dealer business unit, sales, marketing, and finance to resolve issues and provide process improvements
• Customer service, relationship management and retention experience
• Exceptional communication & time management skills
• Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,700 to $67,100 CAD annually.
