Exécutif Sous Chef (H/F)

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Sous Chef in Toronto, ON. Contribute your culinary expertise and leadership skills while assisting the Executive Chef in food preparation and kitchen coordination.

In this role, you'll leverage your four years of culinary supervisory experience to help create exceptional dining experiences. You'll be responsible for cooking, supervising food service associates, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety procedures. Your background in banquet and catering functions will be essential as you maintain quality and presentation throughout service.

• Cook and prepare food following approved recipes
• Supervise and train food service associates
• Store food safely following procedures
• Ensure proper food handling and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and supplies

• Four years of culinary supervisory experience
• Post-secondary education in culinary studies
• Strong background in high-volume production
• Basic supervisory and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
