As an Administrative Coordinator , you will be a vital part of our operations, supporting our data collection and annotation projects. You will manage a global team of freelancers, ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time, and maintain seamless communication. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our data collection and annotation initiatives, driving the development of innovative AI applications and streamlining workflows that define the future of AI technology.
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on project or freelancer coordination.
Familiarity with managing data collection and annotation workflows is highly desirable.
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and adapt to evolving project needs.
