Head Of Sales And Development Conseil en Management H/F

The Sales Development Manager will work closely with a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives, supporting them through their journey and ensuring they have the tools to succeed. Monitor KPIs to continuously improve SDR performance and maximize productivity without sacrificing quality, using a variety of reports to determine areas of opportunity

  • Facilitate training and mentoring of team members, via appropriate planning and coaching, to ensure the professional development of team members
  • Consult with internal subject matter experts to obtain information on how best to respond to particularly complex questions/ requests from prospects
  • Manage relationships and collaboration with stakeholders across departments to improve processes and ensure alignment
  • Support Director, Sales with SDR-team strengthening activities, such as recruiting and hiring SDR’s, identifying and executing on best practices, and other duties as assigned
  • Promote and maintain a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment – both within the Sales Development and across Absorb as a whole

4-6 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in leadership position
  • Proven ability to lead a team of SDRs, demonstrating strong motivational and coaching skills
  • Passion for sales, lead management, and helping reps get better every day
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret KPIs and identify performance trends.

Experience using Salesforce and other sales engagement tools (ex. Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Zoom)
