Assistante administrative - Service travaux (H/F)

We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant! This individual must be a great communicator, have strong organizational skills, and carry the ability to multi-task, shifting priorities as needed. The Administrative Assistant will manage pass programs, manage the front desk reception, and be a welcoming face when people arrive to the building. The ideal candidate has both customer service experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Compensation Information: $20.64 per hour

Winter/Summer Season Lift, Trail and Golf passes (varies by position)

• Experience in administrative or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling reception and switchboard
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to provide support across departments and adapt to shifting priorities

Manage switchboard and reception, welcoming visitors

• Process hotel bookings for non-executive staff and contractors
• Manage the office supplies for Burfield Administration
• Support the Purchasing team and Supervisor, Operations Administration as needed
• Provide administrative support to staff in the Burfield Administration building
• Provide coverage during Supervisor's sick leave and vacation
