Part-Time Accounting Technician

Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented, reliable Part‑Time Bookkeeper to join their small team. You’ll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks and supporting accurate financial reporting. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.

Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.

Proven experience as a bookkeeper (3+ years preferred).

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Must have own laptop and a comfortable home office for remote work.
