An exciting and challenging position exists as the Manager, Key Accounts within CoolIT’s Business Development Department. As a leader on the Business Development team, you will be a key contributor to CoolIT’s continued and aggressive growth, supporting the company’s client relationship and revenue growth strategy with key accounts and channel partners.
Oversee commercial aspects of our client relationships, including program pipeline, product forecast, new product development including pricing, schedules and escalations.
Responsible for developing account management plans for Cloud Service Providers that result in double digit YoY revenue growth.
Key Account Managers responsible for building our program pipeline and sustaining a product portfolio with various cloud service providers.
Technical Sales Engineers responsible for supporting Key Account Managers during the pre-sales and proposal process to ensure quick response times and high-quality technical information for clients.
Continuously engage with and learn from the Product and Engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of our hardware and services, ensuring client feedback makes its way into our products.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
International travel (20% or greater).
5+ years’ experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management roles, focused on large enterprise IT companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of data center and IT markets.
Awareness of data center cooling strategies.

$160k - $240k per year
