Job Type: Part-time, Permanent - 40 hours per month
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated person to oversee the day-to-day operations of our condominium property in St. Vital. This role involves managing maintenance, handling owner/resident inquiries, coordinating with vendors and contractors and ensuring compliance with By-laws and Rules and Regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to owners/residents.
Duties include:
Oversee daily operations of the condominium property
Manage maintenance and repair activities
Handle owner/resident inquiries and complaints
Coordinate with vendors and contractors
Ensure compliance with by-laws and rules/regulations
Attend monthly Board of Directors meetings and present reporting of previous month's operations
Maintain records of projects, contracts, and maintenance activities
Supervise on-site staff and contractors
Develop and execute maintenance plans
Respond to emergency situations promptly
Qualifications: What you'll need to succeed
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in conflict resolution
Proven leadership abilities
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license
