Office Manager (Split Shift with On-Call) – Cat Sitter Toronto
Are you an organized multitasker with a love for cats? Cat Sitter Toronto, an award-winning in-home cat care company, is looking for a flexible Office Manager to support our growing sitter team and owner.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily scheduling, client communication, and sitter support.
Work split shifts (morning & evening) with on-call availability during the day for urgent needs.
Act as the main support for sitters — handling scheduling issues, emergencies, and client escalations.
Cover cat visits when required and complete all necessary visit tasks (feeding, clean litter, provide medication if required).
What We’re Looking For:
Strong administration and office management skills (scheduling services, client care, team support).
Previous experience with cats (feeding, litter, meds, handling).
Calm, compassionate communicator who thrives under pressure.
Flexible, dependable, and ready to problem-solve on the fly.
