Sales Associate (Retail Store)

We're looking for a warm, polished, and customer-focused Chocolate Advisor to join our team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The Chocolate Advisor plays a key role in delivering the Lindt experience on the sales floor. This position is responsible for providing personalized customer service, maintaining premium store standards, and supporting daily operations to help the team achieve its sales goals.
Premium Customer Experience
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and occasions.
- Handle returns and customer concerns with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Sales & Service Excellence
- Proactively engage with customers and create meaningful connections.
- Support daily sales targets through attentive service and product knowledge.
- Promote seasonal offerings, gift solutions, and corporate gifting options.
- Build trust and loyalty with repeat customers.
Merchandising & Store Standards
~ Support in-store activations and promotional displays.
Assist with inventory duties, including restocking and receiving shipments.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
- Assist with corporate gifting orders and special requests.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Comfortable working toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A passion for chocolate and premium retail experiences.
