Indoor Farmer Ltd is a leading retail store specializing in indoor growing and hydroponics. We are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and expert advice to help them succeed in their indoor gardening endeavors.
Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Indoor Farmer Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. This position is essential for helping customers find the right products for their indoor growing needs while fostering a welcoming shopping environment.
Must be able to lift up to 65LBS we sell/ship a variety of large heavy products, so physical labour is a major part of the position.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering customers' questions about products (includes in person, phone, email, and website chat)
- Greeting and directing customers in store
- Checking out customer purchases and assisting them loading goods into vehicle
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Restocking shelves with merchandise
- Maintaining product displays and live plant displays
- Managing returns of merchandise
- Informing customers of product discounts and special orders
- Providing customer and product feedback to the store manager
- Assisting customers with shipping or ordering issues and curbside pickups
- Staying up to date on new products/services
- Picking and organizing orders from website sales for shipping
- Unpacking incoming deliveries and organizing products for receiving
Position is full time: Tues, Wed, Thursday, Fri from 10AM-6PM. Sat from 9AM-5PM

Requirements:
- Retail: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- English (required)
- Day Shift availability (required)
- Knowledge of and passion for gardening is required you'll be expected to assist customers with product selection, plant care, and gardening advice

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
