Sales Development Representative (Hybrid – Tues. & As an SDR, you’ll drive pipeline growth by connecting with potential customers across inbound and outbound channels. You’ll use modern tools and AI to identify opportunities and support our sales team.
Engage prospects via inbound leads and outbound outreach
Leverage automation and data to optimize outreach
Maintain CRM accuracy and meet activity goals
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
Early in your career (0–1 year experience)
Excited about building a career in technology
Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is up to $60,800.00, CAD + commissions annually.
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to $75,000 , tied to sales performance and KPI attainment.
