What You'll Be Doing Manage civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to close-out
Lead financial performance, scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with clients, site superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors
Take ownership of the full project lifecycle—ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction
Guide, mentor, and support project team members to foster continuous improvement
Support a culture that values transparency, collaboration, and high performance
Travel to project sites within BC as needed

Who We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive project management experience with a mid-size or large GC Direct experience in water, wastewater, or bridge projects is a strong asset
Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams from the ground up
Strong communicator who’s confident managing diverse project stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, purpose-driven environment
Open to occasional travel across project sites in BC
