Sales Representative - Retail / Customer Service

Key Role Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with customers, management, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of orders.
Independent research, prospect, and qualify leads within the protein industry.
Develop and nurture excellent relationships to drive customer retention and sales expansion.
Conduct cold calls to potential customers within the protein industry, showcasing products and services offered by the company.
Utilize upselling techniques to suggest complementary products during customer interactions.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, collaborating with the in-office team.
Present and discuss company products and services persuasively with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
Act as a supportive team player, assisting with operations when necessary.
Administrative Duties:
Review quotes and invoices meticulously for accuracy.
Adhere to company systems and procedures outlined in manuals.
Maintain an updated customer database with daily updates.
Prepare quote proposals for customers.
Provide telephone support to other customer service representatives and office staff as needed.

Previous experience in sales or customer service within the protein industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
