Detail-oriented professional with a knack for logistics and a "get-it-done" attitude? We are looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join a tight-knit, hardworking team in Millet. If you have 1–3 years of experience in dispatch or trucking and are looking for a stable, long-term "home" where your efforts are actually noticed, this is the role for you!

Competitive Pay

Standard day shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (perfect for beating the afternoon rush).

Schedule and coordinate trucking for inbound and outbound freight to ensure pipes are delivered on time.

Chat with customers, drivers, and suppliers via phone and email to resolve shipping issues quickly.

Handle essential paperwork, including data entry, filing, scanning, and inventory control support.

Maintain a reliable base of trucking carriers for new and existing accounts.

Prepare accurate updates for management to keep the business running smoothly using Microsoft Excel.

Reliable & Committed: You have a history of staying with employers and are looking for a long-term fit.

Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and can pick up new software platforms quickly.

Knowledgeable: You have a basic understanding of transportation regulations in Canada and the USA.
