We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Manager, Human Resources to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, the HR Manager will play a critical role in running and optimizing talent management programs in support of their assigned client group. The successful incumbent would be a high-impact HR leader who can operate at both a strategic and execution level, partnering closely with senior business leaders to drive talent outcomes and organizational effectiveness. This role will lead the delivery of core HR programs while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, bringing structure, insight, and data driven recommendations to the business. This role also requires both contribution and leadership to HR projects.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing clear, actionable guidance on talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Own and drive key HR programs (performance management, employee engagement, talent management/succession, workforce planning), ensuring strong execution and alignment to business priorities.
Translate business needs into structured HR plans and initiatives, with clear timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally (TA, L&D, HR Ops) to ensure the business is proactively resourced and set up for scale.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Employee Relations Specialists and other HR partners (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Payroll), driving consistency, capability, and a high standard of HR business partnership.
Lead complex employee relations matters, applying sound judgment and ensuring consistency, risk mitigation, and strong documentation.
Use data and insights to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend solutions that improve engagement, retention, and performance.
Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
Coach leaders with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach, elevating their capability rather than acting as a transactional support function.
Support and execute enterprise HR initiatives, ensuring strong adoption and measurable impact at the business level.
5-8 years of progressive experience within a Human Resources function, including experience partnering with the business and/or leading programs or initiatives.

  • Previous experience leading teams is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility with and manage senior stakeholders, including Director+ / Executive-level leaders and influence without authority.
  • Strong program and project management capability, with the ability to bring structure and discipline to ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to think ahead, anticipate issues, and proactively drive solutions, not just react to problems.
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and influence leaders, with strong fluency in Excel.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance risk, practicality, and speed of execution.
  • Solid foundation in employee relations, with the judgment to manage complex and sensitive situations appropriately.
  • Proven learning agility to keep up with innovation trends within the broader HR industry.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week , from our Mississauga office.
103,500.00 – $138,000.00 CAD (includes base salary and bonus)
