Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination: Manage the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing applications, and supporting hiring managers through the selection process.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and leaves.

Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems.

Policy Compliance: Ensure HR policies are consistently followed and assist in updating them as necessary.

HR Projects: Assist in special projects involving research, program development, and presentations.

Offboarding: Facilitate exit interviews and manage the return of company property.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or international equivalent).

Experience: Typically requires 2+ years of relevant HR experience.

Certifications: A CHRP designation is preferred (or actively working toward it).

Physical & Travel: Ability to perform sedentary work and travel overnight less than 10% of the time.
