We are currently seeking a full time Financial Operations Associate to join our Finance team located in Burlington .
Reporting to the Manager of Finance the Financial Operations Associate assists with weekly and monthly billing, responding to client requests promptly, supporting ongoing initiatives and assisting team members as needed. Overall this role ensures day to day financial operations and accounting are supported.
Enter Advisor data and review contracts
Reconcile account reports weekly
Assist with finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Post secondary education, finance or related program is an asset. This is an entry level position
Excellent time management including organization and effective prioritizing
Experience using Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint
Experience with PureFees (considered an asset)
Investment in your training and development
