Corporate Paralegal | 2-6 Years | Vancouver A leading Canadian business law firm with a strong national and global presence is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its Vancouver office. You will support corporate transactions and ongoing entity maintenance across jurisdictions, preparing and filing a wide range of corporate documents, maintaining minute books, conducting due diligence searches, and assisting with transactional matters. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of corporate paralegal experience, a solid understanding of applicable corporate statutes, and hands-on familiarity with relevant registry systems and legal technology.
