The Head of Retail / Lifestyle Vertical is responsible for driving
commercial success within a defined industry vertical or customer
Reporting to the Area Head of Sales this role leads a
team of sales professionals to deliver volume revenue and profit
targets while expanding non-ocean logistics specifically in Contract
Logistics Ground Freight (FTL & LTL) and supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Delivery

Lead the sales team to achieve budgeted targets for ocean
contract logistics ground freight and supply chain offerings.
Customer Satisfaction
Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) within the
Act on customer feedback to enhance service delivery and
Stakeholder Management
Provide qualified leads to Customer Acquisition (BDV)
colleagues to support new customer logo growth.
Build and maintain a high-performing sales team with strong
Coach and mentor direct reports for performance
management and career development.
Ensure succession planning for key roles including own
Bachelors degree required
5-10 years of external sales experience in transportation
3-5 years of management experience
Expertise in sales strategy process and execution
Proficiency in and MS Office Suite
Willingness to travel frequently

Pay Range: $130000-$150000 CAD
