The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain facility cleanliness, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for our climbing community.
We recognize that climbing gyms have become an essential and accessible space for personal and social health and growth. We hope you recognize this, too, and wish to contribute to spreading the positive benefits of climbing, and nurture the climbing community.
Greet and assist customers, process memberships and payments
Do climber orientations with new customers
Learn and operate Approach Gym Management software
Assist with community events and programs
Strong customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency / ability to learn gym-specific software
Previous customer support experience
Chinese speaking proficiency
Competitive pay commensurate with experience
