TalentWorld is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst in Ontario for one of its valued partners. This organization operates across the province and is recognized for its strong financial governance, operational discipline, and commitment to data-driven decision-making.
In this position, you will act as a trusted financial business partner to operational and leadership teams across Ontario, supporting budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, pricing strategy, and financial analysis. You will directly contribute to improved decision-making, cost efficiency, and financial performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Build, analyze, and present KPIs to support performance management and executive decision-making
- Review and analyze monthly financial results in collaboration with the month-end and accounting teams
- Prepare detailed financial analyses, business cases, and data-driven recommendations
- Manage financial support for acquisitions, labor modeling, and client invoice reconciliations
- Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with Power BI
- Proven ability to analyze large data sets and drive process improvement
- Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
