The Role: Production Supervisor
You will create and manage daily and weekly production schedules and work closely with management to align shift takeover.
You will hire, train, evaluate performance for production line workers and supervisors.
Monitor operational costs, manage resource allocation, and implement cost-saving measures.
You will create safety programs and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations while keeping defect rates law
Identify workflow bottlenecks, track performance metrics (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement.
This position is for food packaging and so knowledge of packaging or food manufacturing along with HASAP knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing, plant, or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with lean food or packaging manufacturing, safety standards, and machinery maintenance.
• 4 weeks vacation to start.
