Reporting to the Manager Access Solutions the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Access Solutions team of Dexterra Group. The Administrative Assistant will be required to perform an array of administrative duties regarding client and vendor support such as invoice and ticket collection vendor creation problem resolutions. The Administrative Assistant Energy Services performs some or all the following duties:
Creating reports on outstanding field tickets and billings.
Communicating with clients regarding outstanding invoices or field tickets.
Inputting data into master rental sheet.
Valid Class 5 drivers license.
- 1 years experience in an office setting.
- Proficient use of Excel.
