400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd is currently seeking a Full-Time Non Prime Finance Manager to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
The Automotive Non ‑ Prime Finance Manager leads the dealership’s subprime and near ‑ prime finance operations, helping credit ‑ challenged customers secure vehicle financing while maximizing profitability and ensuring full compliance with lender and regulatory requirements. Evaluate credit applications, credit bureau reports, and supporting documents to determine the best lender fit for each customer.
• Identify opportunities to improve deal quality, documentation accuracy, and funding speed.
- ##Advocate for the dealership’s deals and customers to maximize approvals and funding efficiency.
- ##Performance & Profitability
- Monitor key KPIs such as approval ratios, funding times, chargebacks, and product performance.
- Develop strategies to increase non ‑ prime sales volume and improve customer retention.
&##Ensure all deals meet provincial and federal regulatory requirements, including privacy, disclosure, and lending laws.
- Oversee accurate completion of all finance documents, contracts, and lender stipulations.
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies, ethical standards, and compliance protocols.
&##Train and support sales staff on non ‑ prime processes, documentation, and customer qualification.
• Provide coaching on credit-building strategies and customer communication best practices.
3–5+ years of automotive finance experience, with at least 2 years in non ‑ prime or special finance.
- Strong understanding of credit bureaus, lender guidelines, and deal ‑ structuring strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving finance department targets in a dealership environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer ‑ service skills.
- Knowledge of provincial automotive regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with dealership CRM and DMS systems.
A successful Non ‑ Prime Finance Manager is:
- Analytical, able to read credit and structure deals creatively.
- Persistent, skilled at negotiating with lenders and advocating for customers.
- Customer ‑ focused, helping buyers with challenging credit situations feel supported and respected.
