Pricing Analyst (Full Time)

We are proudly paving the way for the future of wireless innovation on the country's largest and most reliable 5G network. We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Wireless team. In this role, you will help shape pricing strategies that drive business results and create value for our diverse customer base. You will collaborate with colleagues across teams to develop data-driven pricing programs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements that support both customer satisfaction and company goals.

Develop and evolve above‑ and below‑the‑line hardware pricing strategies for designated customer groups

Create strategy and manage individualized hardware offers for the customer base to reduce churn

Work with the Data & Analytics team to ensure customers are tagged with the appropriate offer

Apply data‑driven frameworks to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on key metrics, including churn reduction, hardware spend, and ARPU

Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Finance, and Base Management to identify opportunities and maximize segment synergies

Prepare and present hardware pricing proposals, performance updates, and insights to support informed decision‑making across teams and leadership

Plan and implement promotional initiatives, ensuring equitable value for all customer segments

Continuously monitor and assess market offers to maintain competitiveness and fairness

Track pricing program performance against forecasts and business cases, recommending improvements as needed

Contribute to ad hoc projects and Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Interest and aptitude in wireless products and technologies

This position will require weekend work as needed.
