The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join the team at Okotoks Ford Lincoln!

Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. Weekday hours alternate weekly between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service
Answer telephone calls, indicate prices and provide any other information
Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
Receive payments from retail customers
Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines
Take on special tasks as needed
Customer relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Ability to manager customer complaints and to resolve difficult
Flexible and open to change
Ford experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
- Basic computer skills
