The Cook is responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. This role supports efficient kitchen operations and works collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house team members under the direction of management.
Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain portion control and presentation consistency
Kitchen Operations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
Safely operate kitchen equipment and tools
Assist with food and supply ordering as directed by management
Food Safety & Compliance
Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation requirements
Support a respectful, efficient, team-oriented kitchen environment
May handle or prepare food containing alcohol as part of normal kitchen operations

Training & Certification
Food Handling Certification required (grace period may apply)
On-the-job training provided
Exposure to heat, noise, and kitchen equipment
Hours: Full-time, Part-time
